I PROMISE to have some HAPPY pictures of Kev tomorrow. He’s actually wanting to smile and show his new, healthier self to everyone. I’ll make sure to get some funny, cheesy ones for ya.
Kevin has some words for you in the meantime…
“Everyone’s words of hope and encouragement and faith have helped us more than you will all ever know. I thank you from absolute bottom of my heart and soul to each and everyone of you who took the time to write to us. We will win this battle. We will come out the other side alive. And a big part of that will be because of all of you.”
…and I think that sums it up from the both of us.”
Thank you. God bless.
PS-TOMORROW, FRIDAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR THE BBQ TICKET SALE!!! If you need tickets, please call my mom at 717-872-7187 or Joni at 717-278-5032. We need a FINAL COUNT from all ticket sellers by 6/7pm-you may call that into me at 717-682-0365 or text the final count to me.

Now you know what the problem is and now you know what needs to be done. Eventhough the diagnosis may not be what you had hoped, at least now you have answers. With your faith, and the support and love of everyone who is routing for you, there is no way the outcome to this will not be positive. You already have witnessed many miracles in this incredible journey that you are on. Firstly, Kevin was placed in the US close to the most amazing and progressive hospital in all of the world. Secondly, you have the Sarcomia Guru on shift just when Kevin needed her most. Thirdly, you have your love for each other, which is unwavering and finally you have your faith, which will sustain you through this next chapter in your lives. You have been witness to these miracles all along …. so do not lose hope, stay strong and sure….and know that everyone is behind you and praying for you each step of the way.
We have not stopped praying. Our God can do exceedingly above and beyond what we could ever ask or imagine.
Dear Kevin, Brenda and Linda,
Gerry and I have been thinking and praying for all of you. Hearing a tough diagnosis is devastating BUT, you will get through this. Miracles DO happen and Gerry is living proof. His prognosis was very bleak but after a hard fought battle, he is still with me, thanks be to God, and he is 8 years cancer free. Kevin will survive this. There is no other choice. I pray that you all have the strength to carry you through this difficult time and that you know many, many, many people care about you and are sending positive thoughts to you all.
Susan, Gerry, Tucker and Shiar
