One of the biggest hurdles with the type of cancer that Kevin has is the rarity and lack of knowledge about this type of cancer.  Most people have never heard of angiosarcoma, but everyone has heard of lung cancer.

This is a great site to pass along to your friends and loved ones to let THEM know more about sarcoma cancer.

Spread the support!

    Hi Brenda,
I’m Kevin’s cousin (Linda’s cousin Eleanor’s daughter), living in London England. I just wanted to let you know that my Mom is keeping us informed, via Doug, and has passed your website on so I can keep further informed.
Please tell Kevin I’m thinking of him and send all my love. We’re all very worried, but it sounds so very hopeful – my prayers are with you both.
    Love from cousin Donna

Hi Brenda, I’m sorry to read about Kevin’s ordeal! I had osteosarcoma nearly five years ago. What you’re both going through is just about the toughest challenge that life can throw at you! It sounds like you’ve got wonderful spirits, and I pray that you will both remain strong and be as free as possible from worry. I know that’s hard!

The Team Sarcoma site might also be helpful. The Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation, which you mention in your post, participates in this global initiative every year. So wherever our friends are, there might be events near them that they can participate in to show their support.
