We’re so ready for the weekend. It’s been a very quick week, surprisingly. Getting adjusted to everything and fitted into our new home has certainly made the time fly!
Today we ran a bunch of errands, and this evening we went to look at a 99 Jeep Cherokee. As I believe I’ve said before, we’d like to get rid of Kev’s Neon as well and get a used Cherokee to better suit our lifestyle. We test drove it, and all things considered, it seems like a great fit. We’re going to see it again in the morning, and will hopefully purchase it! So, that means another vehicle to sell! Oh well. At least this one will be much cheaper in the long haul.
Kevin is doing ok-still having abdomenal pain, but overall doing well. We’re going to try a higher feeding rate (125) tonight and are praying this goes well. He’s adjusting well, and I think maybe even finally gaining a pound or two!
Monday looks to be a busy day-we have a lot to do, and hopefully we can get it all done. Next week in general will be busy-visits, errands, appts and packing, moving and cleaning the apartment. Pray we keep our heads together and Kevin’s health maintains to get us through the busy times ahead.
I hope you’re all adjusting well to the cooler weather. It is definitely fall weather, and I’m so glad to see not FAIR weather. You Lancaster locals know what I mean-crazy storms, intense heat, intense cold, lots of rain-it always seems to happen around fair season here in Central pa. But this year looks nice and calm.
Kevin is very anxious for his foley bags to show up so he can finally risk trying new, more exciting foods. Without extra foleys, we can’t risk running out of the 3 we only have in stock. He’s particularly craving a fried egg sandwich-go figure!
