Picture Time!

Today is a good day.  We got some great visits from family, and Kevin had a great sleep last night!  The doctors informed us they are holding off on draining the heart until biopsy results are back from John Hopkins pathology.  Hopefully, that will be expedied!

Kev's liver enzyme test came back negative, so despite the ellevated levels, things look good.  They started him on a physiotherapy routine today to get him moving and keep his swelling down.  His functions seem good, and overall, things are very stable.

So, right now we're doing more sittin and more waiting as we await the biopsy results.

In the meantime, the cards continue to flow in and are wonderful to read.  Kevin is ambushed with salt-water fishing reading material, and today I purchased Risk and Simpsons' Clue to keep us occupied during our time together at the hospital.  Kevin's mom and brother are planning to travel here next week with friends of ours from Winnipeg, so we are greatly looking forward to their visit.

I head back to work tomorrow, and am praying that the return will be easy, and that doors will open.
